Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Weslaco

I need senior care provider with experience to look after my grandmother and potentially her husband, if he comes home from the nursing home after rehabbing. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation to and from appointments. Some light tidying up is involved. My grandma is 86 and has cancer. She has a home hospice nurse and another nurse that comes in for baths. We would like someone to cover as much of other times as possible, although we can be flexible to accommodate the caretakers needs and responsibilities as well. Mostly, we would like someone to be around because on bad days after treatments she is very weak and we worry about her being alone. Her husband fell a couple months ago and has been doing PT in the nursing home for now.
