Companion Care Needed For My Father In Oelwein

We need companion care to take care of my father in Oelwein. We would prefer someone who can handle housekeeping such as taking out the garbage, bringing groceries in and maybe picking them up, sweeping and mopping along with cleaning the counters. Getting his morning medications ready (weekly-biweekly), he will always check them before taking them so it's not a big risk, would be helpful. He is fully of sound mind, but has Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) that is similar to Parkinson's, just on steroids. He has the slurring of his voice and quietness, he leans to the right normally, he has a hard time with balance and dexterity. He is a smoker, but will stop smoking in his home if it is preferred for your benefit. He does have a cat, litter box scooping and bringing in any new cat litter or food would be needed.
