Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Knoxville

I am looking for a senior care provider with experience. My grandparents would like to live out their last chapter of life on our family farm. My grandpa is in a permanent catheter and has limited mobility due to COPD. He's in a rehab facility for the next 20 days to try and gain some strength back so that he maybe can come home. My grandma has artificial knees and Some issues with her balance. She gets around pretty good and still can make meals. However falls are a concern with both. Our care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Companionship. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. My husband and I live on the property, however we both work full time. My family is also involved with the care giving when schedules allow. Daytime assistance is the current main concern.
