Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Dubuque

About who needs care: We are seeking preferably a male to care for my mother who has been diagnosed with Schizophrenia. Her and my father have been taking care of her needs for many years. We are now in need of someone to monitor her while at home. This will allow my father the ability to accomplish daily tasks inside and outside of the home without worry that something will happen while he is at home or away. She spends most of her day watching television and talking on the phone. About the care needs: We think a male would be best due to her insecurities. She is a woman of strong Christianity faith. A female is not out of the question as long as my mother would be accepting of them being in the home. Ideally the right person would be comfortable performing daily housework along with light personal assistance and care. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
