About who needs care: She is deaf and does not know any kind of communication. She grocery shops once a month and does her own shopping. She would also need to go to laundry mat twice a month. When I do take her, she usually wants to stop at coffee shop. She does have Schizophrenia and has gotten too much for me. She is my husband's sister, and he is 15 years older than her.
