Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Cedar Rapids

About who needs care: I broke my left humerus and my right hip. When I was released, I fell 5 times. When I fell the last time after going home with my hip surgery, I ended up at the hospital and from there I went to the nursing home in West Branch. I was there from October until January 1, 2025. Since I have been home, I have OT and PT services to assist me. I'm feeling defeated as I have fallen 4 times since being home this time. I would need assistance from 8-10 a.m. and like 5-7 p.m. M thru F. About the care needs: I would like a non-smoker. Someone who is neat and clean and can see what needs to be done. Meal prep and kitchen clean up would be helpful. Having them help me with my exercises/ shoulder and hip would help me immensely. I could come up with more things but at the moment that is all I can think of. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
