I need a hands-on care provider experience for my father in his 60s. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. It's important that the caregiver is able to sense and respond to non-verbal cues, as my dad has difficulty expressing himself in English and is generally a quiet person. While it would be a bonus if the caregiver speaks Vietnamese, it is not a requirement.
