About who needs care: This would be for my uncle. He is 85, has glaucoma which is causing vision problems. He suffered a stroke several years ago which has impeded his vision; he has lost his peripheral vision. He is fairly mobile, but does shuffle his feet and does not look down while walking which has led to several falls. .
