He needs help with bathing, general hygiene, meals, and reducing the risk of falling. About the care needs: He has dementia, so he needs a caregiver with patience and an understanding and experience with his condition. He used to love to read and walk and watch history documentaries. He has lost interest in these activities, but with encouragement might engage. He does try to get up and walk around, which causes falls with out proper guidance.
