Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Honolulu

I need a reliable, hands-on care provider for my mother in her 80s. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Assistance with bathing/toileting is one of our requirements. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Duties include providing companionship, social interaction, guidance with daily OT/PT/speech exercises. Preferably for a caregiver who is a female, non-smoker and possibly CPR / first-aid trained.
