About who needs care: had open heart surgery, c diff, cant walk or do basic care. will need someone to feed him and clean him if he poops. physical therapy, occupational therapy and a nurse will come 1 day a week (per person so total 3 days a week someone will be there for a short period of time) is legally blind.
