Senior Care Provider In Warner Robins

I need a senior care provider with dementia experience. We require LPN/RN due to her insurance plan. She is in a memory care facility near Lake Joy Rd. but we would like her to have one on one care part of the days when family can't be there. Our care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, Feeding, Companionship. Responsibilities include help with feeding, hygiene, mobility assistance, and comfort measures. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Only needing about 8-12 hours a week in 2-4 hr increments. Mostly Wed. and Sun. but some Mon. and Fri. We can be flexible. Our needs are mostly around meal times.
