About who needs care: We are waiting for the appointment with a neurologist for an official diagnosis, but her memory is fading fast. While she gets dressed easily and is pleasant, she is getting confused more often. She has wandered and looked for my father who has been deceased for over four years. We have disconnected her oven, so she will only use the microwave to avoid any fires. About the care needs: My mom has enjoyed puzzles and chatting. A patient, cheerful personality would be best. She is a person of strong Christian faith. While her daughter lives nearby, the care is becoming more than she can do. My mom has a small dog that she loves, though the dog is getting very old.
