About who needs care: My dad recently had a stroke and his limited use of his left side. He can walk with a hemi-walker but we walk with him in case he leans. He can not use his left hand or arm yet - we have PT and OT come once a week. For the most part we have someone at the house at all times but I work from home and my dad wants someone available at all times. The person would watch TV with them and talk to them - walk them to the windows to look out - take them through their therapy exercises - and call me if needed. About the care needs: My dad is a strong Christian - COGINC. He is a master gardener but can no longer garden - we hope he gets that back within the year. 60s Motown music.
