Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Rincon

About who needs care: His name is J. I'm 77 and he's my son. He was born with Hydrocephalus (fluid on the brain) and his left arm/hand is drawn up with c. palsy. He used to be a strong walker. For some reason, he can't walk anymore. With help, he can stand up to transfer to a wheelchair quickly and transfer to the shower seat that hangs out over the side of the tub. He slides over and puts his legs over in the tub. With assistance, he can bathe himself and wash his hair. I have a damaged shoulder and I can't lift on him. I need someone once a week to help him get a shower and change the sheets. He is very loving and compassionate. He loves country music and game shows on TV. I just need someone to help him get a shower and wash his hair and change the sheets. Please help me with this. I had a friend that is training to be an Administrator for a Nursing Home. She would come and help him but now has to travel for her job. I don't have anybody. If I could get him in the wheelchair I could do this, as I used to, But I can't hold him up now by myself and I need to have left hand and shoulder surgery. I'm basically quiet and Jason loves to watch his 2 Price Is Right shows at 2-3 p.m. and 4-5 p.m. I need help to vacuum and dust but I'm mostly wanting J to get a shower, wash his hair, and change the sheets. No specialized skills are needed except to help Jason with his handicap. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
