About who needs care: My mom is 87 and is hard of hearing and has dementia. She mostly stays in bed right now, but is having PT. Stand by assist with toileting, using a wheelchair right now, hoping to transition to walker. About the care needs: Caring, friendly, has patience/experience with dementia. Able to assist with transfer from bed to chair, using gait belt. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
