Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Marietta

About who needs care: My dad is on hemodialysis for past 2 years, heart failure, and breathing issues and now some weakness due to these conditions. He is mentally competent and an amazing inspiration and extremely friendly. He drives and has been completely independent but needed more help as his conditions physically worsen. He owns a house and lives in a very nice full apartment downstairs and my brother, sister-in-law and young kids live upstairs. He is getting out of the hospital today and we are wanting someone to help as we continue through this next phase of life of needing more assistance. About the care needs: A person who would be a good fit for my dad would be someone who likes to talk to people. Someone who is kind and understanding. He is weak so some assistance getting in and out of car is needed so the person does need to be strong enough to do that. He can walk around his apartment fine and has a walker if needed. He will be getting in home physical therapy as well. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
