Help needed for my mother in her 80s - seeking hands on care. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Some light tidying up is involved. One of your responsibilities will be bathing, changing diapers, giving mist treatments and general care. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. Need someone with experience transferring a bed bound person to a wheelchair. Would like her to get up daily and have time outside of the bed, be available for PT and OT home appointments. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets (have 2 dogs) and CPR / first-aid trained.
