About who needs care: In partial renal failure so has permanent cath. Not able to walk currently due to recent sickness so would need assistance to bathroom or changing depends. He is able to feed himself. Has started having memory loss issues. Would need assistance shaving, personal hygiene and others things as needed. About the care needs: Be able to deal with him when he gets agitated or confused. During these times can be verbally abusive or refuse help. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
