About who needs care: Possible dementia. Allergies (has a lot of mucus). Has trouble with mobility and needs assistance walking and getting up and down. Has some incontinence issues but does go to the restroom. He needs help with bathing and getting dressed. He has speech issues, and it is hard to understand him sometimes. He is also hard of hearing. He loves watching old movies and westerns. He used to tinker around with lawn mowers and small engines. I am not sure what his ideal day would look like. He would much rather be doing things on his own, but he is not able to do so anymore. About the care needs: He can be grumpy so he would need someone who will not get their feelings hurt easily. He is also very stubborn and may not do some things. They should be patient. He is not happy with losing most of his autonomy and we are trying to get him to come to terms with it. Also, because he has speech issues. He has trouble getting things out and it is hard to understand him sometimes. No specific hobbies or interests.
