About who needs care: Congestive Heart Failure/ Mobility Issues Ongoing Illnesses About the care needs: Need to be very PATIENT AND KINDHEARTED, COMPASSIONATE, CARING AND UNDERSTANDING. My older Sister is use to being Independent and can be very Stubborn and set in her ways. Shes been in Hospitals and Nursing Homes for 6 Months now. Her health issues are very involved but she wants to try staying at home for now with caretakers.
