About who needs care: Rae is 93, very hard of hearing and unable to chew her food due to lack of teeth. She is very alert, prefers to do all the talking and when she is tired, she will return to her room. She uses an app on her phone called Live Transcribe. It will translate speech to text. It is not perfect, but prevents a lot of yelling & repitition. About the care needs: Food preparation is essential. Keeping the dishes in the dishwasher. Keep an eye out for cleanliness of the floor. She takes care of her own person. Services needed include: companionship.
