About who needs care: Sylvia is a feisty intelligent 102-year-old woman who just moved here from Boston. She mixed I. With her daughter who is finding out that lifting and person care everyday is difficult. The daughter will be having back surgery on Jan. 19th coming up that our mom will need at least an 8 hour day for 2 weeks everyday. I myself and my husband the brother and son live in Nebraska. We cannot stay as he is fighting cancer. About the care needs: Patience Kind funny the daughter is quite loud and Sylvia doesn't respond d well to that although we do need to speak up because she is loosing her hearing but for 102 years she is amazing! She has a walker and does really well.. she is slow and careful but loves being independent. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
