In Home Senior-care Helper.

About the job

We are looking for in-home senior care for my mom who experienced a stroke about six months ago. She has some vision issues and needs help bathing and getting dressed.. also she has some physical therapy and occupational therapy activities to be completed daily. She is kind and willing, physically capable and has good speech.. the stroke did impact her vision on the right side and her ability to identify common objects such as her toothbrush and toothpaste. She needs someone who is kind and patient who can offer gentle guidance in helping her complete her daily activities. When you arrive, you would prepare a light breakfast and make sure she takes her morning medications. You would then help her take a seated shower and get dressed for the day. You would then have a list of Physical therapy activities that she is very familiar with and some occupational activities to do with her. We just want somebody who is kind and patient and gentle to help mom get ready for her day. We have parking at the house. There are very sweet dogs at the house.
