My dad is 97 years old; he lives in a private home in Fortson (North Columbus). He is alert, no dementia. Had a bad fall in 2019 with 2 compound fractures to his left leg. The doctor couldn't repair it back to functional level and they had to amputate. Since then he's lost his independence and we have around the clock caregivers (we run 12-hour shifts - 7a-p and p-a). He transfers to the chair with a transfer board but does require some heavy lifting to get positioned in bed. Right now I have part time available and fill ins - but more hours or a regular position would be offered when it comes available. Pay is $21/hr.
