About who needs care: 39 yrs old. Mother of 6. Married. Worship leader. Missionary. Singer, musician, interior design. Intense brain damage patient. No mobility and non-verbal. About the care needs: Able to lift relatively heavy (she herself is not heavy but she has major tone which causes her muscles to stiffen up, so you will be turning her in order to change her or get her in her sling. Its a 2-person job so you'd never be alone) We play a lot of Christian music in the house to keep her spirit lifted so if that is something you're comfortable with you will be a good fit. She is a very positive person. Anyone who has a patient, genuine, caring, positive, fun spirit will be a good match for her. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, mobility assistance, medication administering.
