Wake - wash up/brush teeth - get into wheelchair - eat breakfast and take meds - watch tv - pt/ot if scheduled . get back in bed in the evening - have dinner and night meds. About the care needs: likes to talk. patient and gentle able to get her in and out the bed. feed her. change her Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
