About who needs care: He has heart failure, recent exacerbation at hospital, discharged 1/15/25. He is IV antibiotics which we have home health for. He needs to help going to the bathroom, sometimes has some accidents, overall he has gotten better about this but still needs some assistance. About the care needs: Someone who is patient, understanding, caring and humanistic. Someone who is of Gujarati language would be ideal. He loves to read books/watch news. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
