About who needs care: My mother is 77 and has advanced dementia and Alzheimers Disease along with Sundowners where she roams at night. My brother (50) lives with her in the home but also works full time at night Fri, Sat and Sun nights 11pm-7 a.m. She functions better than you might think but needs company and a little help with routine activities around the house. She communicates abundantly but is losing her vocabulary so requires some interpreting to understand what she is trying to say. About the care needs: Someone very kind and sweet with a lot of patience. No specialized skills required, just be trustworthy and treat her the way you would want be treated.
