Hands-on Care Needed For My Parents In Dallas

We need hands-on care to take care of my parents in Dallas. I would like someone to come by in the morning and make sure my parents take their medications. My dad has Parkinson's and low blood pressure and will need someone to get him dressed. Some help needed with bathing. Please have experience assisting with feeding. Occasional meal prep would also be great. My mom has memory loss/dementia. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets - they have one dog who will bark but ultimately just wants to be petted. I'm not sure about the times. I'd love someone to come in the mornings and help my dad get out of bed get him in the shower- but if it turns out mornings are too difficult for him it may need to be a later start.
