Seeking Full-time Care Provider In Dallas

I need a care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Heavy Lifting, Companionship. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. My husband is recovering from 5 brain operations due to the removal of a brain tumor and complications. He is bedbound at the moment, but can use his arms and legs (just not walk or stand). He has communication and understanding issues. I need someone to be with him while I am working (nearby). He will need help with bed positioning throughout the day as well as diaper changes. When he does use his wheelchair, or for cleaning purposes, he will have a hoyer lift at home to assist. He does have a trach, but I will do the trach care, I just need someone to monitor. Thank you!
