Caretaker For End Stage Liver Failure & Dementia

I am looking for a caretaker for my dad. He is struggling with end stage liver failure. His life expectancy is roughly 6 months. He has issues with dementia and mobility. He is a stubborn old man who will not use his walker. My mom lives with him but has reached a place where she can not do this on her own. I am their daughter and I'm trying to help find a caretaker to help her. She needs time so she can leave the house for errands and appointments. Or just get sleep. Other important tasks include bathing/ dressing, help with moving from point a to b around the house or going to the restroom, medication management, dementia management, etc. I am navigating this with my sister and mom so thank you for your patience as we figure this out.
