He fell twice on Thanksgiving, and then was hospitalized with pneumonia on December 2nd, was transferred from hospital to rehabilitation center on December 17th. About the care needs: Personality would need to be respectful. Skills needed, maybe light physical therapy. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
