About who needs care: Mom has had 2 strokes in the last 2 months however she is able to get out of a chair and walk assisted. She has congestive heart failure, AFIB, kidney disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, peripheral artery disease, and has had a kidney transplant. She loves to talk, listen to old Motown and R&B music, watch Christmas movies and watch professional football. She has a warm, friendly and cheerful disposition. She needs help with getting her meals, bathing, and walking to and using the bathroom. About the care needs: Mom gets along with most people she meets. She likes working with people who are warm and friendly like she is no specialized skills required. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
