About who needs care: Unable to walk on his own. He splits time between his wheelchair where he plays on his computer, his recliner where he watches tv, and bed. He is able to stand and transition from the wheelchair to the recliner or bed with minor assistance. Gets up at 9. Meals at 11 and 5. Snacks and juice intermittently throughout the day. Assisted Undergarment changes upon waking, 1 pm, 6 pm, and bedtime. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
