About who needs care: She has COPD, Congestive Heart Failure, diastolic AFIB, she uses oxygen 24/7 and struggles with fluid buildup. She loves to garden and have company. She wakes up between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. every morning. She then will go to the bathroom and then sit at the breakfast table for her before breakfast medicine. She will then enjoy breakfast and coffee followed by her after breakfast medicines and her nebulizer. She will then get changed and get ready for the day. She then enjoys sitting in her recliner in the den and goes with the flow of the rest of the day until evening meds, dinner, bedtime meds, and bedtime. She needs help with meals, changing, toileting and other ADLs. She wears diapers and occasionally wets it. About the care needs: Kind, sweet and compassionate girl/woman. She enjoys someone who will listen and at times engage and talk with her. She doesn't require anything special just someone who can collect her vitals every day and can correctly assist with her oxygen. Some interest in gardening as I believe as it gets warmer, she will want to go outside and tend to her flowers and plants. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
