Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Canton

About who needs care: Dementia patient on hospice. We need care 5-6 hours a day three days a week with: personal care, toileting, dressing, bed changing, light meal prep, bed to wheelchair assistance, sitting with/assisting with for spouse to have a 5-6 hour break. About the care needs: Personality is very docile, non-aggressive. Full dementia patient who is not talking much, but can still feed himself with a fork, can sit and watch t. v. or listen to music. Doesn't have any attention span to read, etc. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
