LIVE-IN Home Care For My Mother, Braselton GA

Live-in caregiver with experience needed to help my mother in her 70's. $360/day, 4 1/2 days/wk. She's a stroke survivor with right-sided paralysis and aphasia. MUST BE compassionate, empathetic, EXCEPTIONALLY PATIENT, encouraging, outgoing, willing to work as a TEAM. Duties include: Assist with ADL's and very good continence care (Showering, dressing, toileting, Pure Wick female external catheter (at night)) Assist with transfers, MOBILITY, and ambulation which means it can be physical. CPAP machine. Grocery shopping, errands, COOKING, light housekeeping, laundry. Provide COMPANIONSHIP, transportation to doctor's appointments, getting out of the house. There is considerable downtime. My mom is only active 9-10 hours/day but you MUST BE PRESENT when she is active. Must be ok with pets and occasional pet care, ADAPTABLE, willing to travel.
