Hands-on Care Needed For My StepMother In Blue Ridge

About who needs care: My stepmom lives in her own house and has been independent. She fell and broke her wrist and is having surgery next week. I will take her and care for her immediately afterwards, but I live in ATL and have to go back to work, so I'm looking for someone to help her with personal care (in the short term), light housekeeping, groceries and simple meal prep, . Last year, she fell and fractured her hip, so I'm starting to see a bit more need as she ages. She likes to read, bird watch, journal, and was actively hiking and traveling up until the past year or so (before and since her hip injury). She is an early riser and likes to "get at" her day. With this injury, she's had trouble opening food items, doing housekeeping, etc. and has 3mos of physical therapy in front of her. I'm looking for someone to check on her and help her daily in the beginning and then hopefully, less as her wrist heals. About the care needs: It would be helpful to have a female caregiver who is able to help her and understand a woman's daily routines and needs. She is a sweet person and pretty easy to get along with. She just needs more help right now. No special skills, but be able to pass a Motor Vehicle BG check to run for Rx and light groceries. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
