About who needs care: I will be 7 days post mastectomy and DIEP flap reconstruction surgery. My family has to leave a few days and my surgical instructions are not to be alone or leave the house until 14 days. I need someone to assist with getting in/out of bed and chairs, including during the night as I wake up to use restroom usually twice nightly. May need assistance with dressing as I wont be able to use abdominal muscles or lift arms easily. Will need assistance washing hair with a shampoo cap and brushing hair each day. I will not be able to lift over 3-5 pounds so may need assistance preparing meals. About the care needs: Female. Friendly, non smoker, no foul language, ok with a small friendly dog. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
