I need senior care provider with experience. To care for my father who is actively enrolled in an at home hospice care program. Based on his actively level he has daily or every-other day visits with an at home skilled nurse as well as a tech for grooming bathing. He is bedridden and requires full time care to help feed him, change him, and assist with environmental comfort (e. g., blankets) or TV shows. Our family is hoping to travel for just two days for a family wedding. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Meal Preparation, Companionship. Assistance with medication is needed. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Responsibilities include feeding. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction.
