About the job
We need hands-on care to take care of my father in Atlanta. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing and toileting. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We're looking for someone to engage with him during the day to help him stay awake, which would hopefully allow him to sleep more at night. He has dementia and edema caused by venous insufficiency and heart failure. He also has a hernia which needs to be managed. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
