Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Atlanta

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in Atlanta. Administering medication is required. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. Must be able to lift assist from wheelchair to bed, wheelchair to chair, wheelchair to toilet. Dad lives in the home but does not require assistance himself. He would be there to oversee and give directions but he is no longer capable night care, twice toilet during the night.
