Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Atlanta

I'm looking for companion care for my mother (71 y. o.). She is prescribed medication and can take it on her own but needs reminders. Light housekeeping would be appreciated, but not necessary. Looking for light help preparing meals, (heating meals in the microwave, making a cold sandwich, etc.). Looking for someone to provide companionship. My mom loves to read, complete word searches, talk about history, and watch game shows like Jeopardy. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with dogs (we have a pit mix; all she ever wants to do is snuggle, but I know some people are uncomfortable with pits. She does bark at loud noises and when people first come inside the apartment). Ability to provide transportation to library/appointments and encouraging short walks/light exercise is appreciated but not required.
