About who needs care: He is almost blind Has Parkinsons Limited mobility/ fall risk (Good and bad days- some days he walks just fine, other days he uses a walker/wheelchair when out of the house) Enjoys Clemson Tiger sports (football and basketball) Need help with getting to appointments Making sure medicine is taken Small meals made About the care needs: He has a great sense of humor His wife also lives there. She is physically able, but early onset dementia and cant remember to go to appointments, directions, giving medication They moved here in August from SC to be closer to family Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
