Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Winter

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Companionship. Important - experience with managing medication is required. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Personal care required, including feeding. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. My dad has cancer and has medical nurses set up but needs help day to day. My mom lives there as well, but it's unable to give the care needed.
