About who needs care: Medicaid needs me to be able to have someone on standby if their caregiver can't show up for whatever reason. My partner of 21 years had a stroke back in March of 2023. He is currently 64 years old and does not have use of his right side. Basically, I will need someone that could change his diaper and feed him.
