Caregiver/Sitter Needed For Father With Dementia

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable companion for my father, who is living with dementia and Parkinson's. He resides in a private assisted living community and uses a wheelchair for mobility. The role involves providing companionship, assisting with light activities, and ensuring his safety at all times to avoid falls and potential injuries. He eats independently, but will need to be supervised. Duties include helping with toileting and changing briefs as needed - if and when property staff can't assist. My sister and I are highly involved in his care plan and will provide ongoing guidance to his care plan. We're looking to hire 1-2 people to help and will require a background check.
