Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider

About who needs care: It is to check on my 38 years old autistic brother. He has a severe autism, he does not speak but understands everything in Spanish, he just make noises when he wants something. All he does is listening to music the entire day. My 78 years mother lives with him but she is physically very tired after 38 years of daily care and her health is not very good. But right now she does not need any special care, but she does not have the energy anymore to take care of my brother. About the care needs: She needs to speaks Spanish. She has to be extremely patient, and very empathic, my brother needs that people let him know what is going on all the same, and what he will do next day, he has his routines and all he cares is about music and eating cookies or chocolates. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
