Companion Care Needed For My Mother In The Villages

About who needs care: Mom and Dad live in their own home. Mom has early signs of dementia and needs someone to help guide her on tasks -- "let's prep dinner!" "Let's do laundry!" "Let's plan our next few meals and go to the grocery store!" She can still do things but needs the guidance for longer-arc task planning. We're looking for someone to be with her a few days a week to give Dad a bit of a break. About the care needs: No medical needs at this time. We're looking for someone who is organized, friendly, and can be a companion while -- in a sense -- acting like a parent. That is, seeing what needs to be done and then being proactive to make sure it happens. If they are into gardening and getting hair/nails done then even better. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
